How I Live Now
By:Meg Rosoff
pg. 92.-171
I changed my mind about Daisy because...
at first she seemed really shy, dependent, lonely, just depressed and anorexic, but not that she is in the middle of a war and starving she actually wants to eat and is trying to keep Piper alive. Now she is really living for something and she is very brave and self-less. I like her better this way except for the fact that she is starving. She found Edmond as a way to not be so lonely and depressed. She still depends on Piper, but they have to depend on each other for survival. Under different circumstances I think that she would be gaining weight and be independent but still care for her loved ones. I think she would be better if Edmond were still with her, but it was a little disturbing since he is her cousin. But they love each other so I can understand that much, but still but not the fact that he is family. I am definitely starting to really respect and like her character.

You explain you responses to the book well in this post. Your next-to-last sentence was a little confusing.
